On September 18, 2009 the new Madonna hits compilation was released. What I found interesting about this album cover were the vibrant colors and the Andy Warhol Pop art influence. The vibrant red lipstick, eyeshadow and hair style feels like a replica of Warhol's Marilyn Monroe print. I came across the original artist, whose name is Mr. Brainwash, and happens to expose his art everywhere in Los Angeles.

I've really come to admire his work, after noticing his work in my usual hangout places and coffee shops.
Im glad that you posted these images. I actually went to his show last year "Life is Beautiful" and think he's a better stencil artist than Shepard Fairey. If you like Mr Brainwash you should check out "Banksy"
